Fan belt
A flexible synthetic rubber band called a fan belt ties several engine parts together.
Long rows of teeth that provide traction run around the inner surface of the belt, allowing it to hold the shafts it joins and preventing it from coming loose at any time. The belt is utilized in the engine to move rotational power from one location to another.
The only major difference between it and the timing belt is that it links a different set of spinning shafts together. It functions in a very similar manner. The fan cooling fan is one of the shafts to which it is connected, hence the name “fan belt.”

A belt issue is likely to be present if a belt squeak can be heard whenever the engine of your car is started. The material of the fan belt changes as it ages, causing a loud squeaking as it touches engine shafts. This is a blatant indication that your fan belt needs to be replaced. You can perform the procedure yourself, but it will take a few hours and can be difficult depending on the type and model of your car.
The amount of friction produced inside the engine of your car will be reduced by a high-quality belt.
Your engine will run more efficiently overall if there is less friction in the engine. Additionally, the belt will live longer and need to be replaced less frequently.
We are offering quality fan belts at an affordable rate and same-day delivery within Nairobi and next-day delivery outside Nairobi.
